Fall family sessions are one of my favorite things. The colors are changing, the weather is cool, and families are having fun making memories!
We were watching the weather all day before this family session. It had been overcast all day and the sun finally came out just in time to head out to Oakdale Nature Preserve. On my drive there the sky started to cloud up and it looked like a storm was brewing. Ugh. So we hopped right to it. The newly paved path was a great spot but it was getting dark quick. We decided to move out to one of the grassy areas great for photos!
Sprinkles started to fall and we decided to just keep at it. The girls did great (mom & dad too!) even though we were getting a little wet.
The session turned out great. We had a lot of fun twirling, running, and tickling! Here are just a couple of my favorites out of the many!
