Studio Hours
Hours are by appointment only.
If a weekend is preferred, please contact me as soon as possible to schedule your session, as these dates go quickly! Try to plan to schedule your session at least 3 months in advance!
Before your session
I do my best to customize your session to your personal needs. Whether it be scheduling a morning session for a happy toddler, or an evening shoot to ensure that your entire family is available, I do my best to work around naps, meals, and busy work schedules. From session to delivery, I spend around 20 hours working with you and your project to ensure you love your photos. Please keep this in mind when booking your sessions, and give yourself plenty of breathing room for any deadlines involving your images. Please view my Investment Information for details on pricing.
Your session fee is due in full at the time of booking. I am absolutely willing to accomodate a payment plan if needed, just ask! Payments can be made with cash, check, or credit card.
If you have any special needs, please let me know as soon as possible. I begin to prepare for your session as soon as I receive your retainer fee and agreement.
In case of bad weather, I will make a decision up to 1 hour before your scheduled start time. However, if it looks like a reschedule may be needed, I will be in contact before that.
Please be sure to have all kids faces clean and free of dirt or runny noses. Editing dirty faces will be an additional charge.
During your session
Your only job is to relax, be yourself and have fun! Don’t stress. My goal is to create a relaxed, pressure-free environment for you and your family. I want to capture you at your most natural. Don’t worry about your children looking away from the camera or forgetting to smile. When kids feel pressured to smile and act their best, they get stressed out and grumpy. I love to work in natural settings where you can relax, play, and forget I’m there. I’ll be snapping away, capturing laughter, love, silliness, and pure joy.
After your session
You can expect three to five business days before you receive your proofs and in many cases it is much sooner. However, in some cases, editing may take up to fourteen days. Your session includes an online password protected proof gallery. You will be able to view and order from your online gallery. You may share your gallery with anyone you would like. Your friends and family may view and order through your gallery as well.
Allow roughly one week for standard portrait orders and 2-3 weeks for custom or specialty items.
When your order is ready, I will contact you to schedule a time to pick up your order. If you choose to have your order shipped directly to you, there is an additional fee.
